Ipsos Announces the Results of its 2025 Channel Check-In ꟾ Grocery Ecommerce Excellence Study

Ipsos published its 2025 Channel Check-In Grocery Ecommerce Excellence Study, ranking online grocery ordering experiences across 15 U.S. supermarket chains and four third-party delivery providers. H-E-B, Shipt, Hy-Vee, Kroger, Giant Eagle, and Uber Eats were among the top performers.

The findings show that convenience, frictionless ordering, and pricing perception are the main drivers of repeat use. For European grocery retailers and delivery platforms, the study points to where digital shopping journeys can affect conversion, loyalty, and marketing effectiveness.

Ipsos and W. Capra announce the results of its 2025 Channel Check-In ꟾ The C-Store Experience Study

Ipsos and W. Capra released the 2025 Channel Check-In C-Store Experience Study, based on a survey of 2,000 U.S. adults and mystery shops across 16 brands. Buc-ee’s ranked best overall, QuikTrip led traditional convenience stores, and Love’s Travel Stop led traditional travel centers.

The study says safety, cleanliness and well-stocked restrooms remain the main drivers of choice, and 50% of consumers would drive 10 or more extra miles for a brand that delivers on restrooms. For European convenience and travel-retail operators, the findings underline how basic site execution can still shape loyalty, footfall and marketing claims.
