Ipsos released a study on mobile ordering in quick-service and fast casual restaurants based on a survey of 1,700 U.S. consumers and about 2,700 mystery shops across 40 brands. The research found that 74% of customers have used a restaurant app to order ahead, but they mainly value convenience, value, customization, and accurate fulfillment.
